Pastor Bill Monroe has served as the founding pastor of Florence Baptist Temple since 1969. His ministry is marked by a passion for sound doctrine, evangelism, and Christian growth. Under his leadership FBT has grown from a small congregation meeting in a rented theater to a vibrant church family with ministries reaching across the Pee Dee.
